The First Step – A Free, No-Obligation Consultation

Our collaboration always begins with a complimentary conversation. Great design starts with meaningful dialogue, and I take the time to understand you, your lifestyle, and your aspirations. This is an opportunity for me to learn who you are, what you need, and what you dream about. It also allows us to sense whether we have the right chemistry. Synergy and trust are essential for a successful project.

I don’t design based on trends or personal preferences – I design for the people who will live and experience the space.

Research and Concept Development

​

Thorough research gives me the insight needed to find the best solutions. I explore materials, technical possibilities, and relevant trends to ensure a strong and cohesive concept – always tailored to your specific project.

The creative phase is where ideas take shape and visions come to life. I develop sketches, mood boards, and visualizations to ensure the concept feels right before we move forward. During the planning stage, I always present at least two different layout options, giving you real alternatives to consider.

You decide how involved you would like to be in the process. Some clients prefer to be closely engaged in every decision, while others prefer me to take the lead. Either way, I ensure that you feel confident and well taken care of throughout.

Tendering and Confident Decisions

​

Once the design is approved, I obtain at least three offers from different contractors. You receive a thorough evaluation of the proposals, along with my professional recommendation, giving you a clear overview of pricing, scope, and quality. The final decision is always yours – my role is to provide a solid foundation for making it.

Execution – I Take Care of the Details

​

I understand how stressful and time-consuming building and renovation projects can be. That’s why I take responsibility for coordinating all professionals on site and closely overseeing the project to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

I also manage planning applications and necessary permits, so you don’t have to navigate the process alone.

From the first sketch to final completion, I guide you every step of the way. I ensure a seamless process where quality and attention to detail remain at the forefront – whether it’s a small upgrade or a complete transformation.
